Parking

You may park in the private parking lot, right behind Oasis Wine Lounge. The entrance to the parking lot is on the left side of the building. There is often parking available, however with weekend lunch + dinner rush hours, you may have to find street parking.

Entrance

Once you enter the parking lot, there is an outside elevator that can take you to the second floor. There are also stairs located on both sides of the building.

Waiting Room

Once you enter Unit #201, turn on the switch for the red light bulb located on the left side of the room - this will let me know that you are here and ready for your appointment! Please wait in the waiting room and I will greet you as soon as the room is prepped.

Keep in mind that there may be an ongoing treatment. Please do not knock and keep the noise level to a minimum. If you need to reach me, you may contact my phone number (925) - 226 - 8929

Can I bring a friend?

Absoltely! There is more than enough space for you to bring an extra guest.

Can I book an Online Consultation?

Yes! To book a virtual consultation, email Chryzhelle at:Chryzhellesaesthetics@gmail.com Virtual consultations will be held via Facetime or Zoom

How much should I budget for my products?

We recommend budgeting anywhere from $300-$800 for your products if you are wanting to take your skin to the next level. Don’t worry if you don’t have a high budget! Chryzhelle will recommend products that fit within your budget

What happens if I am sick and cannot make my appointment?

Unfortunately, if you are sick you will still be charged for your appointment. We have a 24 hour late cancellation policy, so you must reschedule or cancel your appointment accordingly.

How can I order more products?

There are a few ways to order your products!

1. Shop on my website or partnered portals and get your products shipped right to your door. Some exclusions may apply (DMK does not allow online shopping and you must contact me to order more)

2. Message me and we can set a time for you to pick up your goodies in my waiting room or handed to you. An invoice will be sent to you to complete before your scheduled pick up time.

How may treatments do I need?

That depends on your goals, consistency, how your skin reacts, and so much more. I like to under promise and over deliver! If there is one thing that I can promise you, is that no persistent skin condition is fixed overnight. A general rule, is to commit for at least 6 treatments and be open to recommended products.

Will Dermaplane make my hair grow thicker?

This is a myth. Dermaplaning is a form of dead skin cells and hair removal method that only works on the surface of your skin. A client has never come back to me complaining that their hair has gotten thicker. If this was true, wouldn't all balding men just shave their hair to make it thicker?

Will I peel a lot if I get a chemical peel?

The amount that you peel varies across all individuals. However, I do start you off with a lighter strength while you work your way up to a stronger peel. In general, the peel will look like flaking on your skin and does not typically sheet off, however this is also possible with stronger peels.

What treatment should I book as a first time client?

I highly recommend booking for a consultation and treatment. However, if you are unsure, feel free to book any one hour facial! This ensures that you have enough time for a standard one hour facial. During our time together, I will recommend the right treatment for you.
